This has been explained already in this thread
If you had 1 million shares prior to the entitlement offer you would have been given the rights to 4 million shares (the offer). Which equates to 4 shares to every 1 you held.
Your options are
1) to purchase the shares yourself at .001 per share
2) Trade them on market - (which is unlikely to happen)
3) Do nothing.
