You are delusional if you think you are going to recieve 10-14c a share. You just don't get it Waverider, no matter how good the dirt is, the sovereign risk is just too high. Financiers know it, MSR now know it. Obtaining local support and the political bureaucracy attached with this project has simply brought this project down.
