Prospectus is available...but sadly investor information data is still confused..
What we know...
1...Management is now forced to sell Shambesai due to mistiming the funding to start up.
2...Management wants $20,255,351 for the asset sale (4c/share). See Prospectus Balance sheet proforma
3...Money will run out within 3 months.
4...Shambesai at late stage of various approvals before mining start up.
5...No White Knight in sight

Unknowns and confusions..
1...The Prospectus says refer to the 30/1/2015 market activity report for sales of its Kyrgyz Republic mineral assets and that same activity report only refers to the sale of Shambesai.
2...No mention of MSR winding up..Is it to continue as a going concern?
3...No mention how much of that $20 million "sale" will be needed to finance the continual cash burn from here on in if MSR is still a going concern.
4...No indication how close to the $20 Million the possible buyers are..
5...Are there buyers?..from limited correspondence the loose assumption is at least two..
6...Estimate Timeframe to mine start up???
7...Shareholder action uncertainties....
