Hi Longbottom; your shares will remain; if you had say 100 shares then the rights issue allows you to buy 100 more shares at 0.35c each. If you do not take up your rights issue then you will still have your original 100 shares but because new shares are being issued which is double the quantity of the original share issue then it is likely that the value of your current shares will drop.
If you do not take up your rights issue then someone else can buy those shares.
