Very obviously the Company never had a LOC of $200M agreement that could actually proceed. They did (after about 2 years) get a short term temporary overdraft facility from Citibank of $3M (less drawdown fee's) to tie the company over. Credibility gap there quite clearly.
To be sure,like many, i'm not looking for yet another IMO misleading announcement out of this mob, instead i'm looking for them to actually follow thru on the many "announcements" that have lead to nothing. The latest rehashed Corporate Presentation doesn't instill any confidence whatsoever.
Market cap is @ $8M for a reason. (sadly) :-(
