Looking at the form it was a shock to see my entire holding worth so little.. even just applying for $1000 would add another third, not including the 1 in 4 attached option. Hmmmm what to do.. I withdrew last time when the refund was offered at the beginning of the year. But there will be no wriggling out this time and more of nothing is still worth nothing...it is a third more of nothing though.
