I answered your post in good faith, I thought you were genuine.
However, it appears that it a post with ill intent.
Where did I say anything about anyone making a profit (or anything else,losses) in my above response to your query.

What I said to @summercrema was LOL and chuckle at his comment, this could be for several reasons, ie 'implying', Your inference is an assumption that can be well wide of the mark.

All that can be said in reality is that @summercremawas cause for a light hearted chuckle, and true to form he brightened the morning.

However, if we are talking facts - as you are wont to do (be accurate) - the last CR was NOT as you state "around oct/nov 2017"

The following are the facts when the more recent CRs took place:

In 7 Sept 2018 An Offer is being made as a renounceable entitlement issue of one (1) Share for every seven (7) Shares held by Shareholders registered at the Record Date at an issue price of $0.019 per Share together with one (1) New Option (exercisable at $0.045 on or before 30 September 2020) for every two (2) Shares subscribed for and issued. Fractional entitlements will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

At the time of the Sept announcement the shares were selling ≈ 1.8¢ rose to 3¢ 27 Sep then came back to 1.3¢

On 7 May 2019, Lepidico Ltd is undertaking a 1:9 pro rata renounceable rights issue (Rights Issue or Offer) of approximately 372,908,354 fully paid ordinary shares (NewShare) with one (1) free attaching, listed option (Option) (exercisable at $0.05 on or before the third anniversary of the date of issue for every two (2)New Shares issued, to raise approximately $10,814,342. The price of New Shares under the Offer is $0.029 each (Issue Price). The Company lodged a prospectus for the Offer (Prospectus) with ASIC and ASX on 7 May 2019.

At the time of the May announcement the shares were selling at 3.7¢ and quickly came back to 2.8¢
