"Does anyone know why he wouldn't be concerned about this?" – as far as I'm aware we have no basis for deciding whether he's participating, other than a vague "nobody has announced that he is".

In my view:

1. Last time the market response to the CR was muted and the company felt the need to lobby for support. I expect that this time around there's a lot more interest.
2. It's not particularly relevant whether@SimonHackett participates; the commercial and market factors at play are pretty clear without having to scratch around looking for indirect signals.
