I always find it easier and quicker to download Offer documents, rather than wait for snail-mail deliveries.
In this case, I navigated here:
https://investor.automic.com.au/#/home
Logged in under Single Holding Access.
You fill out your details for G88, your HIN, name, postcode - tick I'm not a robot, and hit Access.
Then click on Documents and Statements, then Other Documents - and your individualised Rights Issue Application Form 2023 and a copy of the Prospectus are available there for immediate download.
(Of course, you must do this for each holding you have - e.g., under different names, or through different brokers.)
