For me it's simple: absent a good announcement, I won't be participating.
Brian needs a significant cash injection. Problem is, AAU investors are so tired and weary now.
Without any substantial news, I see it as "throwing good money after bad".
If subscription is low, forget building a mine, it's hard to see how AAU stay solvent.
