The company is not giving you anything. You have the right to buy shares at the offer price, the benefit being that it is now so much less than the current trading price. If you want to buy more shares at this price, you can. The limit is that you can buy 1 share for each 6.93 you held on the offer day. a huge number of shares were created and sold to institutions at this offer price, so much so that us existing shareholders now own a fair bit less of the company even though our number of shares is the same. Buying your number of shares in the offer will put you back to owning the same proportion of the company as before. There is another 50% extra that may be bought that would even increase your proportion of ownership in the company. That depends on how many don't buy, thus leaving shares available.
