Would tend to agree, and looks more and more like simply a mechanism by which HNG gain more of the company - retail holders are faced with the Hobson's choice of either throwing good money after bad by increasing their holdings by up to 72% (when, let's face it, the majority of us who still hold are probably looking to exit as soon as the loss becomes anything like palatable) or facing massive dilution. I know I've said it before, but I still slap myself for not exiting during the great COVID test hustle that Maria pulled!
