It does seem like they won't be taking up the last $10mil of their loan from WHSP and might even pay down another $10mil from the proceeds of this raising - AL doesn't like debt and neither he should, so I would expect a fairly rapid pay down to WHSP in total by next June.
The share price might be held at these levels until 13th - they know most retail won't be bothered taking it up if the current quotes are maintained.
