I did decide beforehand already to take up my allocation and hopefully get some more, i.e. ideally I would like to double my holding in PYC and hence average down my sp quite a bit (note: I have a small holding to start with). Seems like most do think along the same lines. Hence, we might not get a lot of extra shares, perhaps?
