Basically it is changing its "accounting year" to end on 31st Dec instead of July. This means all the usual accounting audits and book closing etc will occur today rather than in 6 months.

I thinks it's a good thing as the full audit is performed now, not in 6 months time. Provides peace of mind that the ODN books are ship shape.
