Yep - this quarterly will surely be the last - there is no way they are going to be able to continue as a going concern for another three months. Who in their right mind is going to part their capital to this mob after such reckless destruction of capital?

Absolutely disgusting that not a single director has bought any meaningful amount of shares on-market over the last 12 months. They must have known well in advance that the writing was well and truly on the wall - it was a great grift (for them), while it lasted. It was also appalling that Ron thought that him being gifted with options was some kind of signal of his alignment with shareholders. Get real. Either you have an owner-operator mentality, with real skin in the game (equity), or you skim shareholders with stupid high salaries and option freebies for all they are worth until they bleed.

I will absolutely never ever invest in any company with anyone who was, or continues to be on the HMD board of directors.
