Poorly worded in the notice. I was able to vote via Automic on the weekend. I can only guess it means my vote will count if I am still the registered holder of my shares on the 29th June.
FWIW I voted against the scheme as it currently stands. I may choose to amend my vote if the scheme is amended in the interim.
