Interesting strategy, given the oppies are short dated.....however, a 12 month oppie at .008 suggests that they expect a decent move in the short term....
Didn't qualify for the SPP but happy to take heads OM at .004......knowing Xcel and the short term of the oppies, does promote the theory that they have something in mind to kick some interest .....
I cannot imagine Xcel wanting to miss taking this mutt for a stroll in such a frothy market...
