Mmmm obl lawyers anf management seem confident though, they have alot too loose (theyre high salarird) if this turns bad. I think this is why they requested the written submission at the hearing, if the justice wasnt buying there verbal arguments put the legal arguments in writing to force him to consider the letter of the law correctly. Hopefully we wont have long to wait after the submissions are received.
