    AGM this week(29 Nov): expect an update on current state of affairs ?

    so should give you time to judge if it's worth it (closing date 13 Dec) ?

    will wait for AGM to make my decision but inclined to participate


    (at least current holders get a "look in" before they get placed elsewhere)
