Well after reading the Q&A at the bottom of Page 10, I may as well take my chances and sit and wait as I will at a minimum get .18c anyway. I don't care about a longer wait as I've waited 15 years already.
What happens if I do nothing and therefore do not accept the Offer
If you do not accept the Offer, you will remain the holder of your Alliance Shares. However, if Gandel Metals acquires a Relevant Interest in at least 90% of all Alliance Shares and the conditions to the Offer are satisfied or waived before the end of the Offer Period, Gandel Metals currently intends to compulsorily acquire all Alliance Shares which it does not hold at that time. If compulsory acquisition occurs, you will be paid the Offer Price at the conclusion of the compulsory acquisition process. Please be aware that, in such circumstances, you will receive the Offer Price later than if you had accepted
