While today's announcement deals with one of the important directions required by the Company as advised by the NT EPA - it raises more questions than answers. The market simply cannot make an informed decision on the status of this project with announcements that are full of information only but lack direction, timelines, substance and commitments. The Steering Committee should be working day and night to close out this critical aspect of the project, to allow finalisation of the FEED outcomes (which the company has had for some time now), provide a reasonably robust capex number, share provisional debt financing numbers and issue a reassessment of the DFS inputs and outputs based on today's market conditions.

With respect we are floundering with management and technical information not market information that is relevant to investors.

So we require more clarity on what a change in location now means. We need to specifically know what the attitude of the NT EPA is to a change in site location - are they supportive, is it as simple as an extension of the existing mine site EIS and what other other re-approvals are required? We can't simply just kick the can down the road with more assessment and information to follow.

We need a roadmap to production and that needs to be advised to the market. This can come with proviso's but we are not capturing the market sentiment on this project at a time when the company's strategic resources, production technology, clean energy and energy storage capability is all the rage globally. Look at the announcement this week by FMG!

We need improved dialogue with the market and we need to hear from Paul B urgently in a webcast or BRR to supplement these announcements.
