    Prop, If they do choose the Tivan Plant to be at the mine site doesn't that mean a whole new permitting process of 1-3 years? And doesn't it mean a significant redesign of FEED works? Having spent 20+ million of shareholder funds for the permitting and FEED at Darwin would be a huge failure IMO to not have picked this up earlier.

    How is it legal for the NTEPA to suddenly ask for this BS after 5 years of permitting and after the supplement was submitted.

    Hopefully NTEPA still accepts Darwin and remaining permitting goes ahead smoothly.
