Laertes. If you fully read the link that Noodly posted , is not hard to see why TNG ,after carefully considering Middle Arm and Peake went for the former. TNG clearly meets the requirements which is why the site was offered.
To then require a further submission ,particularly after the waste water issue among others was met, is outrageous.
As I stated earlier it shouldn't take the company long to complete the submission however. In the meantime the sp is languishing and exercising options is looking less and less likely. That means a further cash rise and dilution.
