Any prospective tenant of middle arm would look at the hurdles that TNG has been made to jump over (sometimes twice) and say, “thanks but no thanks.”
Of the industries that are being invited, there seems to be an over emphasis on industries that will utilise existing and emerging gas resources. That seems to be at odds with their nitpicking environmental approvals process.
