It is odd. What kind of trucks would the coal most likely be transported in? I guess a road train makes the most sense.
Argha odd one this one. Also wasn't aware the environmental department needs to sign it off again as well... The transport departments approval should include the environmental departments approval, because without it, this approval doesn't hold much value, does it?
