You are a dreamer, these blokes couldn't give a rats arse for any shareholders. It's all about me, me, me, being directors, directing your money into there pockets.
You think you have some ownership in this companies tenements. all you don't. All tenements are owned by their subsidiaries companies. The subsidiaries are owned by the directors/management, you get nothing.
