Thank you for your investigation which you reported as: "You think you have some ownership in this companies tenements. all you don't. All tenements are owned by their subsidiaries companies. The subsidiaries are owned by the directors/management, you get nothing".
As you would no doubt expect, I'm alarmed!
I think the next course of action is for you to document your evidence, and report it to (in no order; perhaps all at the same time):
- ASIC - The RR1 Auditors, and - The Top 20 shareholders - of both the shares and options.
By the way, we might have a case against the Auditors. Perhaps a legal firm would be interested running a class action against those you have accused, and the auditors?
On the other hand, you could post all your evidence here.
If you are unable to do any of the above (perhaps because your mum might find you have posted stuff which is legally actionable against you and doesn't want to pay your legal bills, or because you sober up, or you re-enter the rational world), then it might be best if you just lay low for a while. Or forever - which ever is longer.
