I, in my humble non-experience, agree.
If we sell one/two of our holdings, and/or develop an early revenue (from the lake bed), for the purpose of securing a foot hold in a good location, then not only are investors happy (options), but also we look more delicious (food or otherwise) for the big sharks out there.
Better to lose in the short and gain in the long?
Even better to start early on the farm and work for a long gain!
