Gary as good as admitted the cap raise was cobbled together in his last video. The inflation concerns in the tech section caught him cold after he’s already pushed out the cap raise fully expecting a share price bump.
looks to me like they’ve raised enough to appease the auditors for the next 12 months. IMO as soon as the share price bounces to more reasonable levels ($1.80+) then they’ll do another cap raise for another chunky-ish amount but less dilutive.
