Well thats exactly why I decided to sell out during that last price move upwards. But you know there is always a chance of another pump to encourage more placement funds - who knows?
I followed this company because of the asset, not that its necessarily going to be worth anything in current hands.
With your question about how can it keep going, well apparently the company is very careful to follow corporations law and ASX rules, although a time is coming when it might not meet ASX standards for public listed entities.
By the way there is a poison pill with the debt - anyone wanting to takeover control must immediately pay out existing debt (which is only fair) - but I question the fairness of how that debt is derived. Enough said.
