From my understanding, and I won't comment on the wolfy hype as obviously I don't get it anymore. Thank god! I'm only half as broke now as what I would have been I only deal with the facts presented and base my opinion on that.
My take is most of things you have listed cannot or will not be advanced or signed off until the Mining Permit is issued. That may be contrary to what you've heard? I would not be surprised if most will be ticked off reasonably quickly, once that hurdle is complete.
I think the permit will happen in the next 6 months. That's just my gut feel. If i'm right, It sucks waiting longer but we've already waited 4-5 years right?
