The whole vibe of the webinar was positive.
i recall hearing they are trying to hire a project manager(construction) already, which you wouldn't do if the ML wasn't going to happen
JS mentioned aswell discussions with chinese companies (sorry can't rememeber exactly what was said but clearly people want our product)
1st of september JS has more meetings with the mines minister
won't need a rail agreeent if they build a refinery.........well not in 5 years time
