Shares as part consideration for acquisition of ANMA = Yes
Issue of share to raise capital = Yes
Adoption of performance rights plan = No
Issue of performance rights to xipeng Li = No
Issue of performance rights to Wilton Yao = No
Issue of performance rights to Brett Crowley = No
The reasons are as I have explained on numerous threads on HC. But the shorthand version is that JAT needs to change market sentiment and look after its shareholders, in turn they will look after you.
