I get the rise in interest rate ( pretty good rate unsecured still at 8-9) on the loan. But from a shareholder perspective I would hope they would generate income to service an interest payment to Booker even at 8-9%, rather than further dilution at a discount to market to Regal, who will then turn around and sell them into the market and put further downward pressure on the share price. Just my opinion.
