The crew said to be engaged have a 98% strike rate after 12 months or something via website.

Months ago they noted a Canadian based director.

I don't know much about the rules on director splits etc. But current structure got a few holes imo.

With the cash that has been received.
Hopefully it's being spent with gusto but I suspect that's "lean" too.
