They have been holding 30% of Besra since mid-2023. So, there is no way they disclose that they want to do a private placement in Dec2023 or 2024 (as Andrew stated it is dated 2024) just to tell their potential investors to acquire "a stragetic investment".

And even if they mix-use their words, it would still means they want to raise the fund through private placement to SUBSTANTIALLY increase their holdings to 50%?

In my opinion, "stragetic acquistion" means a take-over. It is absolutely compelling economically.

My personal preference is however to see them increase their holdings substantially in the months ahead via purchases on market before they launch a full take-over.
