In my opinion, "stragetic acquistion" means a take-over. It is absolutely compelling economically.

My personal preference is however to see them increase their holdings substantially in the months ahead via purchases on market before they launch a full take-over.

Really Tran . The only way for Quantium to increase their holding ABOVE 30% is to make a bid to take it over .

I can't believe you guys don't know all of this .
