i dare say SP may take a hit today/tomorrow if this payment isnt happening. this would also be a point where its reasonable to question can quantum actually continue through with this deal if it takes 5 or more months for 10m to be paid. remember tymmsy contacted Higginson and they said the 30 month term was not a mistake. again still waiting on the material increase of activity now a third of the way into the year and that's just not happened at all, a lie from management or they just didnt know what they were saying?
