Not sure why SP has not reacted strongly ( seems to be the norm these days...dump the out performers and reward the duds)
Usually future outlook can impact but nothing to see there. Maybe the increase in borrowings but that's explainable and manageable.
Anyway, also looking for a entry point and this looks as good as any along with a nice divvy kicker.
