Good transparency would be addressing the tough questions with reason and explanation, not cherry picking softball questions they can give one-line responses to and laugh off.

They said the consolidation was for the benefit of interested investors who couldn't invest previously because it was a penny stock. How will those investments now happen, existing shares on the market or issuance of new shares? If the latter, will that be at a % discount, or premium, to the 10-day average price? And how much will be raised and therefore issued? What dilution are we looking at after our holdings were already decimated by the raise?

A reminder that our current share price is $0.0074 pre-consolidation, less than 1 cent.
