Hey MG, I actually think the reasoning behind the Nick Anna was that Boyd made a deal that the company would consider his proposals only once he could deliver - read 'PGAS'.
So, once PGAS was delivered, along with the funds/revenue it provides, the company has substance to include the longer sighted dreams of its director and founder.
Thoughts/retort on that theory?
