Regarding the whole capital raising timing back when it started (Dec 2018), a Troy employee told me that it was Investec who tapped TRY on the shoulder (or put a gun to the head) and expressed concern about the balance sheet. So what I got from the conversation was that Investec was the trigger for the December 2018 CR. Also note that the bonuses for the banking bosses were also due at the end of the calendar year.

So, from my analysis, Gold has now on the way up again for a while and this should be a great backdrop for the good news we all expect over the coming months.

I think TRY has turned the corner now.
