I wouldn't think there would be any trouble paying- I think I recall reading that they could draw down to pay the enviro bond as soon as it was required,- may have been in the announcement of receiving the loan?
Perhaps they will just announce when the final approve of the MMP that payment has been made and mining is set to commence?
