Ask yourself why they would do this. EM failed to provide any of the funds they committed to, now you would not do this if you believed the product was worth billions. Instead they forced Fred to fund the next step of the development which also failed to yield any result and Fred was forced to do to keep the charade up. The fact of the matter is no one has been verified that an actual chip even exists.

If this does go belly up, think of all of Fred's mates that he would most likely screw over. Freedman and Ian Dennis are two with large shareholdings that come to mind. Danny Lewin and Yuval Cohan also come to mind. Is Fred that much of a low life that he'll screw over his mates? He just needs to get this chip working to specs and then raising capital and re-listing will take care of itself.
