Resolution 6 obviously had some resistance ie. awarding new CEO an additional 2 million performance rights. I can understand this opposition based upon RSG's past years performance. With consumable and service costs falling globally their AISC were more than $100/oz higher than the previous year under the original regime headed by Mr Sullivan. Time running thin on the transformation message IMHO.
It's now time for the new management to show us what they are made of ; less weasel words and more action!
Unfortunately, as I'm in Lennox Head couldn't make the meeting yesterday. Did any of the HC team attend and can give us some feedback on the mood?
