Sorry, my mistake it is "Rare Earth Elements" that China dominates in. Basically one of the important ingredients of consumer electronics.
So now "I am filled with puzzelment" --- Back in 2013 I bought ASX:ILU based on the research that even though ILU had about 2.5% of the world market They had the "BHP Royalty" MOAT to tide them through any Chinese dumping practices... also the Japanese were considering submarine deep sea mining (3 kms down) every time the Chinese squeezed them.
