    Nothing to see here Adrian.

Executive salaries & incentives in all mining companies have gone through the roof over recent years. But don't let that overshadow DRR's self-proclaimed "disciplined" approach to acquisitions where equity markets have been red hot and royalty-style financings have been less attractive. That has changed now and places DRR in a stronger position to access quality projects rather than overvalued dross that will struggle to get into production.

In the meantime DRR shareholders have been rewarded with $0.76 in dividends for their patience since the ILU demerger in October 20 which was done at $4.27, well below DRR's current price.

Perhaps a story on some other resource companies and their outrageously over-renumerated and incentivised executives that have overseen enormous shareholder wealth destruction and dilution while spending most of their time in the front of planes attending conferences and junkets would be more appropriate. Not hard to work out who they are - just look at the list of presenters at the conferences which are a weekly event these days. Fortunately DRR doesn't fall into that category.
