“Strengthens leadership team” is spin for p!ssing away more shareholders money on useless management salaries. Wipe the board and slash salaries, give up on looking for new royalty streams as they’re unlikely to find anything that isn’t dilutive and unlikely to even recoup the cost of the team they’re paying to search for them.
WIPE THE BOD, SLASH MANAGEMENT COSTS, INCREASE SHAREHOLDER RETURNS.
