there really is a very sold base being developed by prr regardless of its current share price.
management need to be congratulated.
the structure of prr with their cash at hand,admittedly because of the capital raising,really gives me confidence when prr starts to move there will be no need for a pullback
when the sentiment changes I firmly believe all investors will be happy.
